If you have heard people on Bullet talk about “404s,” they mean LiquidCollectibles. Same thing. It is the shape every collection on Bullet takes: an NFT you can hold and show off, plus a token that trades in a real pool, tied together so tightly that buying enough tokens literally puts the NFT in your wallet.
The short version
A normal NFT lives or dies on whoever shows up to bid. A LiquidCollectible comes with its own market from day one. Part of the supply is locked into a liquidity pool when the mint finishes, so there is always somewhere to buy and somewhere to sell. You are not waiting around for a collector to notice your listing.
That is the whole pitch. Everything else is just how the pieces fit together.
NFT and token, same asset
Every LiquidCollectible has two faces:
- —The NFT, the picture (or gif) with a token id. This is what shows up in your wallet gallery and on the collection page.
- —The token, a fungible balance that trades like any other ERC-20. Same contract, same supply math.
They are not two separate products glued together. Hold a full unit's worth of tokens (the number labeled TOKENS / NFT on a mint page, usually 10,000) and the NFT shows up. Sell or transfer enough of those tokens away and the NFT leaves with them. Fractionalize an NFT and you get that many tokens back. It feels a little magical the first time you see it, and then it just becomes how the thing works.
Why the mint seeds a pool
On most platforms, minting is the fun part and trading is someone else's problem. On Bullet, a chunk of every mint (the LP allocation) goes straight into a Uniswap pool with ETH. When the mint ends, that pool is live. Floor price is not a vibes number. It is the price the pool will actually pay you.
You can mint, hold, or exit without hunting for a buyer. You can also buy in after the mint through Swap or Uniswap and still end up with a real NFT once you cross a full unit. Creators are not launching into an empty order book. Holders are not stuck.
Where you actually trade
- —The collection page for whole NFTs. Listings, sweeps, the usual.
- —Swap for the token side, with a preview of which NFTs you are about to receive or release.
- —Uniswap if that is where you already live. Same pool under the hood.
Pick whichever surface is convenient. You are not choosing between markets. You are choosing a door into one.
What you can launch on these rails
Editions (one artwork, many copies) and generative PFPs both ship as LiquidCollectibles. The economics and the pool work the same way. If you want the how-to, start with launching editions, the PFP generator, or how to mint as a buyer.
People still say “404” because that is the shorthand the space already knows for this NFT-plus-token pattern. On Bullet the product name is LiquidCollectible. Either way, you are talking about a collectible that can clear into cash without begging for a bid.
