If you bring an artist to Bullet, you earn a cut of every trade on everything they launch. Not their first collection. Everything, forever, written on-chain where nobody can take it back. This article explains exactly what the cut is, how we figure out who brought whom, and how to join. Joining takes a wallet, an X account, and one signature. The form is at the bottom of this page.
What you earn
Every trade on a bonding curve carries a 10% fee. 7.5% goes to the creator, 2.5% to the platform. When the creator was referred, the platform splits its share down the middle with the referrer. That makes your cut 1.25% of every buy and every sell on that curve, paid in ETH.
It does not stop when the collection graduates. Once a curve fills and liquidity moves into the trading pool, the platform's share of the pool fees gets split with you the same way. A collection that keeps trading keeps paying you, years after the launch.
How attribution works
When you join, you get a link like bullet.exchange/?ref=yourhandle. Anyone who lands on the site through it is tagged as yours. The tag lasts a year, survives cleared cookies through a backup copy, and follows them until it can be made permanent.
It becomes permanent at one of two moments, whichever comes first: when the creator connects their X account, or when they launch their first collection. From then on the answer to "who brought this person" is settled and never asked again. It sticks to their X identity, so switching wallets, clearing browsers, or relinking X later changes nothing.
- —First touch wins. If someone already arrived through another referrer's link, a later link does not displace it. Share early.
- —Organic creators stay organic. Someone who found Bullet on their own and then clicks your link later cannot be claimed. The question was already settled when they arrived.
- —No self-referral. Your own link on your own launches does nothing. The contracts reject it too.
Join the program
It is open to everyone. Connect a wallet, link your X account to it, and sign one message. The wallet you sign with becomes your payout address, your X handle becomes your link, and you can start sharing immediately. Once you're in, this card shows your link and live numbers: creators referred, collections launched, and what you've earned.
Your wallet is where referral earnings are paid, so it comes first.
The X requirement is deliberate. Referring artists is public work, you do it by talking to people, and a real identity is what keeps the program from filling up with throwaway wallets pointing at themselves.
What actually works
The link is site-wide, so it does not matter where they land. Link your favorite collection, an article, the Creator Studio, whatever fits the conversation. The tag is set either way.
- —Talk to artists who already have an audience but no clean way to monetize it. The generator takes them from trait files to a launched collection in an afternoon.
- —Aim for creators who will launch more than once. You earn on their whole catalog, so one prolific artist beats ten one-shots.
- —Share your link before they sign up, not after. Attribution is first touch, and it locks the moment they connect X.
